A. We assign a project manager to oversee every aspect of the project and to see that renovations are completed quickly, so your home can get onto the market.

Q. What if my home doesn’t sell?

A. We start with a Guaranteed Market Value Cash Offer to buy your home as backup. Then we work with you to ensure your home is priced and marketed effectively to sell. If, in the rare case, your home does not sell, we fall back on the Guaranteed Market Value Cash Offer to close.
