Home Inspectors

TYPES OF INSPECTIONS:
FULL INSPECTION: The most thorough of inspections, covers all aspects of the home and results in a 30+ page report documenting all of the homes major systems, and reporting any problems or deficiencies found.
4-POINT INSPECTION: Less thorough than a full inspection because a 4-Point Inspection only focuses on the electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC systems of the home. Required by most insurance companies and lenders on older homes as a condition for issuing an insurance policy.
WIND MITIGATION: Florida law requires insurance companies to provide discounts based upon a home’s ability to withstand high winds. This inspection provides the documentation needed to obtain these discounts.
Recommended for older homes or homes with recent roof replacement.
WDO: A Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection Report is a written report of an inspection on a structure for visible and accessible evidence of an infestation or damage by wood destroying organisms. Usually this means subterranean or dry wood termites, but also covers wood destroying beetles and wood destroying fungi (rotted wood).
